SETUP & PROVISIONING
Allow us to have your home or condo turnkey-ready with groceries put away, liquor set up and with fresh ice waiting for your arrival. We can even provide infant equipment rental services as well as wheelchairs and bath seats as needed. Beach equipment, towels, etc. can be set up upon request. You’ll be able to turn the key, drop your bags, grab a cold drink, a towel and head for the beach without having to worry about groceries or liquor.
We are also well versed in setting up a property from scratch or just tweaking what is existing. We can be on site for moving van or furniture delivery, unpacking, washing dishes and bedding, and setting up the property if you’ve recently purchased your home. We will also meet service people and oversee their work so you won’t have to worry.
If you rent your property, we can be sure that everything is ready for your guests…
Making sure the housekeepers have bedding on the beds, towels in the bathrooms, all basics in the kitchen, everything in working order, including making sure there are no cobwebs, dust or leaves.
